A beautiful hotel for the perfect weekend getaway. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with lovely touches like the water station, chocolates, and fresh fruits available throughout the day. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and the overall experience felt truly special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed a 5 night stay at the 1Hotel over PAX Aus weekend. We were in the River Reserve Twin room, and the morning view of the Yarra River was a sight to behold. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed all the ammenities and services during our stay. The Chicken and Ginger Congee was our favourite breakfast item, whilst the Burger was a fantastic midday meal. The gym setup was very well stocked with weights and a variety of gym equipment. Highlight of the gym was the fridge stocked with cold towels for free! What a nice touch to the gym. During the stay, I had to work remotely in the hotel and the desk setup in the room was very spacious and accomodating. If I needed a change of scenery, I was able to go downstairs to the open area for a coffee and snack from the bar of cafe during the day. Overall, my experience at the 1Hotel has been nothing short of luxury. The hotel environment was incredibly green and refreshing. I will definitely look to stay here again during my stays in the CBD. Thank you so much to the 1Hotel team for an amazing experience.

The best place to stay in Melbourne. 1 Hotel Melbourne has perfected the modern hotel experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming, it set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel has such a calming, feel-good vibe that makes it easy to switch off straight away. The rooms, bars, restaurants, and amenities are all exceptional quality and feel truly luxurious. The pool and sauna are a standout and add to the overall sense of relaxation. What really elevates this place is how perfectly they nail the little details, everything feels thoughtful and well considered. A genuinely outstanding hotel experience. So good we booked another stay on the spot!

We had stumbled across this hotel when a friend initially invited our family to meet up at Crane Bar so we decided to book in a hotel for the weekend which we thought would be close by unknowingly realising it was part of the hotel and it was truely one of the best stays compared to all the other iconic hotels around Melbourne. We enjoyed it very much we extended our stay. With a background in marketing, design and a sincere love of nature, this hotel nails every detail with intention, great customer service (especially the bar staff), room layout and a very modern gym. Even the room card and filtered water in the rooms deserves a special mention. Hotel 1 have created an exceptional energy/ experience that is on a level of its own.

My partner and I stayed at the 1 hotel in Melbourne for Valentine's and it was such a great experience! The hotel staff were amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was beautiful and so comfortable. We had a great time down at the Crane bar. We felt so looked after and would love to stay there again. Thanks again to the 1 hotel team.

Immaculate stay. Beautiful new hotel, staff are well trained, friendly and invested. The property is stunning, with botanical touches adding warmth. The rooms are both cosy, comfortable and stylish. LOVE the hoodie robes. Pool area is a standout, cleverly designed to be use-able in all weathers while still maintaining a resort feel. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in Melbourne. Overall a thoughtfully curated experience with the guests comfort firmly in mind.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is a beautiful new hotel in a fantastic location by the river, while still being within walking distance of Southern Cross Station. The property is very modern and stunning. Even before I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly staff outside who were incredibly helpful. The staff inside the hotel were also very welcoming and well trained. The rooms were cosy, comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Even though I was staying in a hotel, it felt more like a luxury resort experience. I especially loved the filtered water tap in the room and the hoodie-style robes—such a nice touch. The only feedback I have is that the pillows were a bit too soft and flat for my preference; firmer pillows would be great. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Melbourne. Thank you, 1 Hotel, for a fantastic stay!
